2009 Civic Award - 1 & 2 Brook Rd Epping
Each year Epping Town Council makes awards to encourage high standards of maintenance to the existing buildings and excellence in the design of new buildings, both public and private.
Recently at the Epping Town Council’s Planning & General Purposes Committee, a Certificate of Commendation was awarded in respect of the careful conversion of 1 & 2 Brook Road.
The award, a framed certificate, was presented at the Annual Town Meeting of the Town Council in Epping Hall.
2008 The Currey Award 2008
Winner, Residential Development, William Searing Close (Basbow Lane).
The results of the Currey Award 2008 were announced at a presentation ceremony held on 27th November 2008 at the Ferguson Building, Bishops Stortford College. BRD Tech Ltd, the architectural designers for William Searing Close, were presented with the award, which was in recognition of “Excellent Design and Enhancement of the Area”.
